Each Brambletye parent has access to their child’s account on the Parent
Portal. This is a secure, password protected area where parents can view
an up-to-date Calendar; Team Lists; Match Results; Activities and Extras;
Timetables; and Galleries.

PRE-PREP SCHOOL DAY
The Pre-Prep doors open at 8.15am to welcome pupils. Year 1 and 2
pupils should be in their classrooms by 8.30am; Nursery and Reception
pupils should be in their classrooms by 8.45am.
The school day ends at 3.15pm, however Nursery children doing half
days will be collected at 12.30pm, after they have had lunch.
Pre-Prep After School Clubs run from 3.15pm to 5.45pm each day; and
Stay & Play runs daily from 3.15pm to 5.45pm. The charges for Stay &
Play, and the After School Clubs can be found on our website. Not all
Clubs are chargeable – those led by our own staff are free of charge.
On Exeat Fridays, please note that the school day nishes at 2.45pm.
There are no clubs on these Fridays, however Stay & Play is still offered.
PREP SCHOOL DAY FOR DAY PUPILS
All Day Pupils should be dropped off between 8am and 8.10am. They
will then have registration and Form Time with their Form Tutors.
The school day nishes at 5.50pm for Day Pupils, with collection from
the Theatre, unless they are doing Extras and Activities that keep them at
school later. Pupils in Years 3 and 4 can be collected at 5.10pm from their
classrooms – or they can stay on to join the Year 3 & 4 Club until 5.50pm.
However, on Wednesdays and non-Exeat Saturdays (match days) pupils
should be collected at 4pm, unless involved in a match that runs later than
this. Estimated collection times are always printed on the Team Lists,
which are posted on the Parent Portal as provisional the day before the
matches, and as nal by 11am on the day of the match.
