PAN Application Fees at UTIITSL

Option 1: The Applicant requires a physical PAN Card alongwith e-PAN Card.
An Applicant while submitting his/her PAN application form has to select the “Both physical PAN
Card and e-PAN Card” option on the form if a physical PAN Card is required alongwith e-PAN Card.
By selecting the “Both physical PAN Card and e-PAN Card” option on the PAN application form, the
applicant gets:
· A physical PAN Card, that shall be printed & dispatched to the communication address
mentioned by the applicant in the application form.
· An e-PAN Card in PDF format, at no extra fee, that shall be mailed to the e-mail id mentioned by
the applicant in the application form, only if it has been provided and is valid/active.
A) If the applicant submits the PAN application physically at the PAN Centres of UTIITSL :

Option 2: The Applicant requires only an e-PAN Card, and no physical PAN Card.
An Applicant while submitting his/her PAN application form has to select the “e-PAN Card only, No
physical PAN Card” option on the form if the physical PAN Card is not required.
Here e-mail id is mandatory and this option is applicable only if a valid/active e-mail id is mentioned by
the applicant on the form.
By selecting “e-PAN Card only, No physical PAN Card” option on the PAN application form, the
applicant gets:
· No physical PAN Card.
· Only an e-PAN Card in PDF format, that shall be mailed to the e-mail id mentioned by the
applicant in the application form, only if it has been provided and is valid/active.
