Property Owners Association
2021 Membership Dues Increase
According to Article II, Section 2 of the Association By-Laws, the board of directors may vote to adjust
the annual assessments by no more than the increase of the Midwest Consumer Price Index. This
years Midwest Consumers Price Index is an increase of 1%. The Board voted to do this at the
November 2020 meeting.
Please take note that when you receive your 2021 membership dues invoice, (which will be due April
1), the new amount owing for a person owning one lot will be $380.30. This represents an increase of
1% on the $336.93 annual assessment. So the increase will only be an additional $3.37. All additional
lot fees will remain at $40.
Credit cards are no longer accepted as a method of payment in the office. Cash or check only. Yearly
Membership Dues may be paid with a credit card by following directions on your invoice. If you would
like to donate to our Fish Stocking Fund or Fireworks Fund with your credit card, you can do so when
paying your dues on-line. Just add the amount to your dues amount owing. We ask that you please
let the office know you will be doing this so we are aware of where to apply the extra money when we
get notification from the bank that your payment has been made. If you have any questions, please
contact the office.
New updates and friendly reminders!
Members Ice fishing is near. As a private lake we will be enforcing rules to non-members.
Please have association stickers in proper location on vehicles as we will be towing unauthor-
ized vehicles this year there will be no more warnings. If you have friends come to join you,
please have them park at your house and not the parks. Please remember to pick up your trash
from fishing supplies when done.
Snow is on its way please remember that the parks are not an extension to your driveway.
Please do not have snowplowers push snow into the parks parking areas as ice fisherman need
to be able to park.
New Association stickers will be available April 1
st
after dues have been paid for the year 2021!
