Per Harvard College policy, Summer School courses in which students can attend live or participate “on demand” must be attended live (either on
campus or via Zoom) for the course to count towards a Harvard College degree.
If you enroll in an “On Campus or Online” course or an “Online (live or on demand) web conference” course, you must complete and submit this
form to the FAS Registrar’s Office by the Friday of the first week of classes in June.
Complete and sign this form and obtain the instructor’s signature. Keep a copy. Submit the original to the [email protected].
