With Family Plan, both you and an additional adult will enjoy the security of knowing Equifax is:

 Scanning the Internet for your lost or stolen credit card or social security numbers

 Monitoring your credit and score

 Providing you with up to $1M dollars in identity theft protection*

You will also be able to monitor up to four of your children’s credit files. With child monitoring, Equifax will

alert you if we detect any activity on their Equifax credit file.

Step #1: Adding an adult

Please fill-in the name and email address of the adult you would like to add to your account on the

“Adding an adult to your plan” screen. Once submitted, they will receive an email (example shown below)

and be asked to provide the necessary information for Equifax to verify their identity. Upon verification,

they will be able to enjoy the great features of the Equifax Complete Family Plan.

If you don‟t wish to add an adult at this time, click “skip this step” and you can always

go back and do it later.

Step #2: Adding a child

Please fill-in the child’s name, date of birth and social security number on the “Adding a child to your plan”

screen. Equifax will use your child’s social security number to begin monitoring any credit activity.

Rest assured, we treat all personal information with the highest level of security. After your child is

registered, you will receive alerts on any activity against your child’s Equifax credit file.

Step #3: Review and Confirm your Selections

Now that you are finished adding an adult and up to four minor children to your plan, review your entries

for accuracy and click “I’m Finished”.
