● Personal Use: Fresno State students, faculty and staff are eligible to purchase a renewable 1 
year subscription to Adobe Creative Cloud for $35.00/yr.  The subscription includes a full 
license to all Adobe's most popular applications. To purchase visit

password.) 
● Campus Business Use: To obtain a renewable 1 year subscription to Adobe Creative Cloud, 
email Brad Barker @ [email protected]. The subscription includes a full license to all 
Adobe's most popular applications for $35.00/yr, charged to a campus department. 
 
Box at Fresno State (Free)  - For: Fresno State Faculty, Staff, Students 
Box makes it easy to store, manage and work with all your files and documents wherever you are - on 
the web, from your desktop or on your mobile device. Login here with your username  
   and password. 
 
CSU Learn - For: Fresno State Faculty, Staff  Fresno State’s official employee learning portal for on-campus 
and online learning.  
 
Camtasia - (Free) For: Fresno State Faculty, Staff   is a software suite, created and published by 
TechSmith, for creating video tutorials and presentations directly via screencast, or via a direct 
recording plug-in to Microsoft PowerPoint. Ask your IT Liaison to install by completing a work order 
here.  
 
Canvas - Fresno State’s official Learning Management System (LMS) that is used to support teaching

DUO (2-Step Verification) For: Fresno State Faculty, Staff ensures that your account, and the 
sensitive data you access remain protected, even if your credentials are lost or stolen.

Lightboard@ Fresno State - The Lightboard is a tool used for faculty to present short mini-lectures or video 
tutorials for online and hybrid courses. 
 
LinkedIn Learning (Lynda.com) - (Free)  For: Fresno State Faculty, Staff, Students 
makes it easy to learn skills on-demand with unlimited access to expert led courses.  Login to 
the MyFresnoState Portal to and access Linkedin Learning (Lynda.com) from the “Main 
Menu”.  
 
Library Checkout Program - Laptops and Tablets The Henry Madden Library offers a wide variety of laptop 
computers (Windows or Mac) and tablets for our campus community to borrow.  
 
Office 365 - (FREE)  For:  For: Students and Educators  
Students and educators at eligible institutions can sign up for Office 365 Education for free, 
including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, and now Microsoft Teams, plus additional classroom 
tools. 
   
Parallels for Mac  ($39.99/yr) - Parallels Desktop 15 for Mac is the fastest, easiest, and most 
powerful application for running Windows applications on a Mac without rebooting. 
 
 
Qualtrics (Free)  For: Fresno State Faculty, Staff, Students 
Qualtrics Research Suite is a web survey tool at Fresno State developed by Qualtrics Labs, Inc. and 
is available to support research, teaching, and administration.

Snagit lets you quickly capture a process, add your explanation, and create visual instructions. Ask

Fresno State's video and web conferencing tool, allows for video, audio, and screen sharing for up to

200 participants. It can be used from any computer, laptop, tablet, or phone, and it works on PC,

Mac, Android and iOS devices.
