PURPOSE
PERFORM A TEST IN A SMALL AREA TO VERIFY SUITABILITY, DILUTION RATE AND DWELL TIME OF THIS PRODUCT FOR YOUR STAIN.
SURFACE PREPARATION/PRE-TESTING
Remove all loose soil and debris from surface.
Cover/protect adjacent and surrounding surfaces not intended to be cleaned.
TEST FIRST: Before using Point Break, test on a small, inconspicuous area to determine the suitability, correct diluon and dwell
me needed for your surface. Allow test area to dry thoroughly before evaluang nal appearance and results.
ADVANCED ORGANIC STAIN REMOVER
DILUTION INSTRUCTIONS
Dilute with water prior to use. Amount of diluon is dependent on severity of staining and if surface has been previously sealed.
Only use strength of diluon needed to suciently clean. Under diluon (too strong) may cause damage to the substrate.
Pour desired amount (see chart) of Point Break into an empty, clean 1 quart or 1 gallon container.
Fill the balance of the container with water and mix.
DILUTION CHART
APPLICATION CONDITIONS
Clean when air and surface temperatures are 40°F or above. If freezing condions exist, allow me for surface to thaw.
If air temperature exceeds 90°F, ash cool the surface with water before applying product.
Do not allow product to dry on a hot surface.
Always rinse thoroughly while cleaner is sll wet on surface.
APPLICATION TOOLS
Low pressure sprayer such as a pump-up garden sprayer or spray bole
Clean s bristle brush or broom
Hot water pressure washer preferred. As an alternave, cold water pressure washer or garden hose can be used.
APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
Point Break is designed for one applicaon cleaning. Stronger concentraons and addional cleanings may be needed to remove
heavier, deep set stains.
Apply diluon of Point Break using a low pressure sprayer.
Let dwell for 5 to 10 minutes.
Improve results by scrubbing surface with a brush to agitate and break down stains.
For brushless cleaning, apply Point Break on the surface using two applicaons back to back. The rst applicaon is to penetrate
and the second is to li the stain out.
Rinse surface thoroughly. For best results, use a hot water pressure washer with a 25° to 40° fan p to draw out and further
break down surface stains. A cold water pressure washer or a garden hose with nozzle may be used as a substute. Only use as
much pressure needed to thoroughly clean as excessive high pressures can damage substrates.
Let surface dry. Inspect stains to determine if addional spot cleaning is needed.
Clean the enre surface with Trident’s Wipe Out or White Water surface cleaners following manufacturer’s instrucons.
Before installing joint sand or sealing, allow surface to dry.
